1. Using Store Credit and Coins

  • What They Are: Store credit and coins are non-expiring currencies on GameBoost that you can use to receive discounts on future purchases.
  • How to Use: At checkout, you’ll see two options for applying these currencies:
    • Store Credit: Represented by a green coin icon.
    • Coins: Represented by a golden coin icon.

  • Applying Credits: Enter the amount of store credit and/or coins you wish to use in the designated fields during checkout to apply your discount.

2. Locating Missing Store Credit:

  • Possible Issue: If you’re missing store credit, it may be applied to an unpaid order.
  • Resolution: Please provide us with your client ID so we can investigate and refund the store credit to your account if no purchase has been made yet.
