Organizer of the Prize Game
The organizer of the prize game titled “Gameboost” is Global Gaming Services d.o.o., Strmec Stubički 124, Strmec Stubički, OIB: 54073250643 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).Purpose of the Prize Game
The prize game is organized for the purpose of promoting the Organizer’s products and services.Duration of the Prize Game
The prize game begins on March 1st at 09:00:00 CET and ends on March 31st at 00:00:00 CET.Prize Pool
The total market value of the prize pool is EUR 2763.30, consisting of 29 counts of EUR 50 GameBoost Store credit (website balance), each valued at EUR 50.00, and 1 count of a Gaming PC, valued at EUR 1313.30, here in after referred to as the “Grand Prize”.Right to Participate
All adult natural persons are eligible to participate, except employees of the Organizer, affiliated companies, and their immediate family members.Method of Participation
Participants can take part in the prize game by collecting prize coupons (hereinafter referred to as “points”) under the following conditions:- Reach 2,000 points
To gain points participants are able to partake in daily, weekly, monthly “quests” as well as randomly available “challenges” which include various website related tasks. - Complete at least one delivered order of €8+
Selection of Winners
A total of 30 winners will be selected using a points-based ranking system. Participants with more points have a higher chance of finishing within the top 30 positions. The participant with the highest number of points will receive the Grand Prize.Rule of a Single Winner
Each participant can win only one main prize. Once a participant wins, all their remaining tickets will be removed from subsequent draws.Procedure for Organizing and Conducting the Prize Game
The prize draw will take place on April 3rd, 2025, at 12:00 CET at the Organizer’s premises, in the presence of a three-member committee. A written record (minutes) will be kept, containing:- The place and time of the draw
- Class and reference number, and date of the prize game approval
- Date and name of the electronic or other public media where the rules were published
- Names, surnames, and addresses of committee members
- The method of drawing winners
- Personal data of the winners
- The name and value of each winner’s prize
