When an order is placed on hold, it means there are additional checks or verifications needed before your order can proceed. This process is implemented to ensure the security and reliability of all transactions within GameBoost.
Most orders are approved within a few moments. However, if further verification is needed, such as ID or payment confirmation, the process may take slightly longer.
In some cases, you may be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting an ID and payment proof. If this is necessary, you will receive clear instructions via email and on your dashboard and be in constant contact with our support team who will guide you.

Yes — you have the right to request the deletion of your documents after verification.We will retain only a confirmation log that you’ve successfully completed the process for that payment method. This means you won’t need to verify again for future purchases using the same method. If you wish to delete your documents after verification, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you promptly.
If your order requires additional verification, all necessary instructions will be sent to your email and displayed on your GameBoost dashboard.
If your order has been on hold for an extended period and you haven’t received instructions, please check your email (including spam/junk folders) and contact us by opening an on hold ticket here.
