Thank you for purchasing our Fortnite account! As a client, you’re obligated to complete the following steps after purchase:
1

Log in and verify the account

Log in to the account, then make sure you received the correct account and everything works. Check the account in game before any changes. If something is wrong with the account, contact the seller first.
2

Secure your Epic Games account

Change the account password and add two-factor authentication to secure your Epic Games account.
3

Secure your account email

Log in to the account email, change the password, and add two-factor authentication to secure your account email.
4

Update the email to your own when possible

Whenever possible, update the email address associated with the purchased account to your own. The timeframe for this change can vary—it may take up to three months—but once the option becomes available, you are required to complete the update.
Warranty: You’re obligated to do all the steps mentioned above with your new account. If you do not change the Epic Games and Email password, it might void the warranty as you didn’t do the preliminary steps to keep your account safe. Full Access: If the Epic Games password is not working, do not worry. You got the full access to your fortnite account, meaning the account+email password. Simply click “can’t sign in” and a verification code will be sent to the email provided with the account. Email Domains: Our every Fortnite Account is an Epic Games Account and should come with the link to access the email domain in the delivery instructions. Most commonly used ones are: rambler.ru / notletters.com and firstmail.ltd. If the account is on gmail or an outlook mail and you need a code to access it, the seller will provide it in the order chat. If the email domain provided does not work, please try the other domains as well. If you’re not getting the code in the provided email, make sure to refresh the mail page. Please follow the instructions step by step to ensure accuracy of the process.
If you will be using a freshly created PSN account on which Fortnite was never opened or played, you can skip to step 4.
1

Understand PSN linking requirements

Your PSN account should not be linked to any Fortnite / Epic Games account. If you ever opened Fortnite on your PlayStation / PSN account, a default Epic Games account was created for your PSN automatically. It will have to be unlinked first, before you can link your newly purchased Fortnite account. If you are playing Fortnite on PS but have never registered fully through Epic Games, you will need to do that first before you will be able to unlink that account from your PSN.
2

Unlink your old Fortnite account from PSN

Log in to the Epic Games website via your internet browser (mobile phone or PC) with your Fortnite credentials. Navigate to settings by pressing Account in the dropdown menu. Open Apps and Accounts.Under PlayStation Network, the Remove button will be visible. Press it to unlink from PSN.Do not close your browser yet.
3

Remove restrictions if required

Some accounts require a second step to fully remove the connection between your PSN and Fortnite accounts. This step is called Restriction Removal. While still logged in to the Epic Games website, follow this link: Epic Games restriction removal wizardIf there are any restrictions, you will be able to select the PSN option again for further restriction removal. If there are no restrictions, you can sign out of your old Fortnite account to proceed with linking your newly purchased Fortnite account.
4

Log in with your purchased Epic Games account

Log in to the Epic Games website with the Epic Games account credentials provided by the seller. If you need a login or 2FA code, check the provided credentials for the email inbox and open the email inbox to get the code.
5

Open Apps and Accounts on Epic

Navigate to settings by pressing Account in the dropdown menu. Open Apps and Accounts.Under PlayStation Network, the Connect button will be visible. Press it, and it will prompt you once more to connect your Fortnite account with a PSN account. Choose to connect and it will open a pop-up window asking for Sony / PSN credentials.
If you receive any error message regarding the account already being connected, repeat the process from steps 2 and 3 to ensure that your newly purchased Fortnite account is fully unlinked from any previous connections.
6

Enter your PSN credentials

Enter your PSN credentials to complete the linking process.
7

Open Fortnite on PlayStation

Open the game on your PlayStation. It should now be successfully linked.
