Dear customer, thank you for picking up a Supercell Games account from our website! Follow these steps to log in and secure your Supercell account after receiving it on your dashboard. Please ensure you adhere to all rules to avoid issues with your account.

Login procedure

Access the email

Your Supercell Game Account should come with the link to access the email domain in the delivery instructions. The seller is obligated to provide a link of the domain of the email so you can log in. Use the email credentials provided to log into the email of the account.

Log in to the game

Open the game and log in using the registered Supercell ID credentials provided.

Enter the verification code

Check the email inbox for the 6-digit verification code sent by Supercell. The email credentials are provided at the order tab, beneath account credentials. Enter this code in the game to complete the login process.
Once logged in, verify the account matches the listing. If everything matches, change the email account password to secure your account.

Usage guidelines

  • Use the account on a single device for at least 15 days.
  • After those 15 days, you should change the Supercell ID email to your own.
  • After updating your email, make sure to update the account protection to your own.
To ensure the safety and integrity of your account, follow these important guidelines:
  • Use the account on a single device for at least 15 days.
  • Do not request any account data from Supercell.
  • Do not contact Supercell support or the automated support bot.
  • Do not change the in-game name or make purchases for the first month.
  • Avoid using VPNs while playing on the account.
  • Do not share the account login details with others.
If you fail to follow the recommended steps or engage in prohibited actions, it may compromise your account. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible, and this may void the warranty provided with the account.
