These steps apply to every account bought on GameBoost, across all the games we support (Fortnite, GTA, League of Legends, Valorant, Supercell, and more). Follow them right after purchase to keep the account safe and the warranty valid.
Game-specific steps: Some games need a few extra steps. After completing the steps on this page, check the page for your game: Fortnite, GTA V, Supercell, or Riot (League of Legends and Valorant).

What to do after purchase

1

Log in and check the account

  • Log in straight away using the credentials provided.
  • Check that everything works and the account includes the expected items or features.
  • Do not make any changes before checking. If something is incorrect or missing, contact the Partner through your order page first.
2

Secure the account

  • Change the password of the game account.
  • Turn on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) wherever possible for extra security.
  • Change the email password and turn on 2FA for the email account too, if full access is provided.
  • As soon as possible, change the provided email address to your own email.
Email cooldown periods vary based on game developer/publisher.
3

Check the email access

  • If the email is on a domain like rambler.ru, notletters.com, or firstmail.ltd, follow the login instructions provided in your order.
  • For Gmail or Outlook accounts, the Partner may send codes in the order chat.
4

Wait before in-game purchases

  • Avoid in-game purchases for the first month.
Important: These steps are required. If you do not complete them, your warranty may be void.

Warranty Terms

To keep your warranty valid:
  • You are required to change both the game and email passwords as soon as possible after purchase.
  • You are required to turn on 2FA where applicable.
  • Do not delay these actions, and do not share your credentials with anyone.
  • If the account is compromised and was not secured properly, the warranty may be void.

Full access and recovery

If you cannot log in with the provided password:
  • Use the “Forgot Password” or “Can’t Sign In” option on the game platform to send a recovery code to the provided email.
  • Use the email login details to get the code and reset the password.
This applies to games where full access (account and email) is provided.

Linking and unlinking consoles or platforms

If the account links to a platform like PlayStation, Xbox, Riot, or Supercell ID:
  • You may need to unlink previous accounts before linking your new one.
  • Check the platform settings to make sure the account is not already connected to another console or service.
  • The exact steps vary by game, so check your game’s page or contact the Partner if you need guidance.

Prohibited activities (these void the warranty)

To keep the account safe and the warranty valid, do not:
  • Contact the game’s official support team (for example Riot, Epic Games, or Rockstar).
  • Log in from many different locations too soon. Signing in from several new IP addresses, locations, or devices can trigger security measures.
  • Use cheats, hacks, or third-party tools.
  • Exploit bugs or glitches, such as free XP or duplicate items.
  • Play tournaments or ranked modes unless they are clearly allowed.
  • Link the account to suspicious or previously banned devices or platforms.
Any of these can lead to bans, restrictions, or permanent loss of the account, and can void your warranty.
