Double-check everything and contact the seller
To be 100% sure the credentials aren’t working, first carefully review the delivery instructions from the seller. Sometimes they include extra info like special steps or details you need to follow.Also, make sure you:
- Copy and paste credentials correctly
- Avoid extra spaces before or after the username/password
- Check for case sensitivity or typos
- Go to My Orders
- Choose the relevant order
- Use the chat box to contact the seller
- Provide the seller with information about the issue
Submit a client report
If talking to the seller doesn’t help, file a Client Report:
- Find the Client Report option above the Account Credentials box on your order page.
- Attach screenshots or photos.
- Describe the issue clearly (e.g., “login credentials do not work,” “2FA needed from email,” etc.).
- Both seller and support will be notified to assist you.
Open a support ticket
If the issue persists, escalate by opening a Support Ticket:
- Go to the Ticket Support section on our website.
- Select the relevant order — it will be linked with the ticket.
- Provide detailed info and screenshots.
- Our support team will prioritize and work to resolve your issue quickly.
