Verification & Getting Started

It varies depending on how quickly you submit your documents and how busy our onboarding team is. Most sellers complete verification within a few business days of submitting their documents. You can speed things up by having all documents ready before starting.
No. You must complete full verification (ID, proof of residency, and signed contract) before you can publish listings or withdraw earnings.
Check the contact details you provided in your application — our team will reach out via the email or Discord you submitted. If it’s been more than a few business days, double-check your spam folder or contact us through our support channels.
No. Operating multiple accounts requires explicit permission from GameBoost. Unauthorized duplicate accounts may result in suspension.
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to sell on GameBoost.

Listings

Listings are removed for violations of our seller rules — common reasons include misleading descriptions, incorrect categories, copied descriptions, or flagged keywords. Review the General Seller Rules and Account Seller Rules to make sure your listings are compliant.
Generally no. Original descriptions are required. The only exception is standard smurf account templates where a shared format is accepted.
Your offer’s position in search results depends on several factors including your seller rank, performance metrics, and listing quality. Read more: Account Offer Ranking
No activity for 7 consecutive days means all listings are unlisted automatically. No activity for 14 consecutive days means your account is suspended. No new offers listed for 7 consecutive days also results in suspension. If you know you’ll be away, set up a seller break to avoid automatic unlisting.
Yes, as long as each listing follows the rules for that specific category. Some categories have additional listing rules — see Account Seller Rules and GTA V Account Listing Rules for examples.

Orders & Delivery

You must deliver within the guaranteed delivery time you set on your listing. If you’re going to be late, contact the buyer first and get their approval before delivering. Delivering late without approval may entitle the buyer to a full refund.
You must reply to any reported issue within 12 hours. If you don’t, staff may issue a refund on the buyer’s behalf. Full resolution is required within 24 hours.
No. All communication must stay within GameBoost’s chat system. Advertising other platforms, shops, or contact methods is a violation and may result in suspension.
Orders auto-complete after 24 hours if the buyer does not respond. You don’t need to take any action. Read more: What to Do If a Buyer Doesn’t Respond
Orders cannot be cancelled unilaterally. If a genuine issue prevents delivery, contact the buyer through order chat to agree on a resolution. If needed, open a support ticket.

Disputes & Issues

Not automatically. A dispute is a formal review process where both sides can provide evidence. You’ll have the opportunity to respond, counter the claim, or escalate to platform review. Read more: Seller Order Disputes
Acknowledge it quickly, verify the issue, and offer a replacement or store credit refund within 24 hours. Do not delay — slow responses may result in an automatic refund. Read more: How to Offer a Replacement
Yes. Disputes, especially those resolved in the buyer’s favour, can affect your metrics and ranking. The best way to avoid them is to deliver accurately and communicate proactively.

Earnings & Payouts

Earnings are subject to a holding period before they become withdrawable. New sellers have an additional 30-day hold as part of our anti-fraud policy. Read more: Pending Balance
The minimum is €100.
Bank Transfer (including Wise, Payoneer, Revolut) at 4% + €4 fee, Skrill at 5% + €1 fee, and Crypto at 6% + €10 fee. Read more: Withdraw Seller Earnings and Choosing a Payout Method
Your cut depends on your partner rank. Higher-ranked sellers pay a lower platform fee. Read more: Partner Ranks & Fees
If a transaction fails due to incorrect info or a rejected payment, a €50 fee is deducted from your wallet. Always double-check your payout details before submitting a withdrawal request.
