How long is your money on hold?
Every type of product or game has a different holding time:| Product Type | Holding Time |

Understanding balance Type
Pending Balance
- Money that is frozen for the holding period.
- Partners cannot withdraw it yet.
- It will automatically move to a Partners Normal Balance after the holding time ends.
Normal Balance
- Money that is fully available for withdrawal.
Receiving Pending Balance
After the order is completed:- If the customer clicks “Delivered”, or
- If the order auto-completes after 24 hours, the payment will appear in your Pending Balance.
Then the holding period starts.
Withdrawing Funds
Only when the money reaches your Normal Balance, and after the holding period is finished.Read more: Withdraw Seller Earnings
Important for Robux sellers
- Even if the order is marled as delivered, Partners will receive the funds to their main wallet in 5 days - Robux takes 3-5 days to reach the customer.
- Partners should preferably upload a screenshot showing the Robux has reached the customer in the order chat.
