How long is your money on hold?
Every type of product or game has a different holding time:

| Accounts | 5 days |
| Currencies & Items | 1 day |
Important for Robux sellers
- Even if you mark the order as delivered, you will receive the funds to your main wallet in 5 days - Robux takes 3-5 days to reach the customer.
- Preferably upload a screenshot showing the Robux has reached the customer in the order chat.
Understanding your balances
Pending Balance
- Money that is frozen for the holding period.
- You cannot withdraw it yet.
- It will automatically move to your Normal Balance after the holding time ends.
Normal Balance
- Money that is fully available for withdrawal.
When do you get the Pending Balance?
When do you get the Pending Balance?
After the order is completed:
- If the customer clicks “Delivered”, or
- If the order auto-completes after 24 hours, the payment will appear in your Pending Balance.
Then the holding period starts.

Only when the money reaches your Normal Balance, and after the holding period is finished.
