General Account Section Rules
- Full Access Only: Shared or rented accounts are prohibited. Listings must include full email access and all login credentials.
- Warranty: All accounts carry a 14-day warranty. If an account is banned, recovered, or stops working within this period, the buyer is entitled to a refund.
- Risk Disclosure: Partners are required to disclose any known risks associated with the account in their listing. This includes actions the buyer could unknowingly take that may compromise the account (e.g., contacting the game provider, linking third-party services).
- Liability After Warranty: Liability may still apply beyond the warranty period if GameBoost determines the partner is at fault.
- Account Recovery: Attempting to recover a sold account is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.
- Illegal Accounts: Hacked, stolen, or illegally obtained accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or a permanent ban.
- Email Domains: Partners must use secure e-mail domains (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, ProtonMail). If using another domain, partners must include the domain login link in their delivery instructions and confirm the account is secure.
Listing Rules
- Titles and descriptions must be informative and accurate. Include features, delivery details, limitations, and any relevant information.
- The first image must contain account-related information. Partner store names cannot be the main focus. Highlight the product instead.
- Copyrighted official splash arts/IPs are prohibited.
- Listings must match both titles, descriptions, and images.
- Duplicate listings are forbidden. Partners may not copy another seller’s title or description.
Only exception: Standardized smurf or fresh account templates.
- Misleading titles, descriptions, images or false claims are not allowed.
- Partners must disclose any account limitations (e.g., region lock).
Partners cannot refuse a refund or warranty claim because a buyer did or didn’t do something. The following words and phrases are Blacklisted not permitted in listings: refund, money-back guarantee, replacement, lifetime, no warranty, voided warranty, or anything similar.
When listing accounts, always add a space after the emoji in the title. Without it, keywords will not show up in search results.
Delivery Types
Instant Delivery- Accounts must be available immediately after purchase with full access, including all login credentials and email.
- Partners must set a guaranteed delivery time at the point of listing and fulfill it.
Failure to meet delivery requirements may result in an immediate refund. Continued violations will lead to temporary and ultimately permanent suspension.
Game-Specific Rules
Fortnite- List all platforms the account can link to.
- Warn about risks (e.g., don’t contact Epic Games).
- Disclose if email change isn’t immediate and provide full email access.
- If the account has parental controls enabled, it has to be disclosed in the description.
- Delivering Fortnite top-ups by providing account credentials or selling accounts is not allowed.
- Correct rank category only.
- Rank must be current season.
- No accounts leveled with cheats.
- Provide full recovery info.
- Disclose bans, offenses, or botting history.
- State exact version & all linkable platforms.
- Unlink unnecessary logins, give access to all linked accounts.
