# General Partner Rules

> Marketplace rules that apply to all GameBoost sellers and listings.

These rules apply to **all sellers** and **all listings** on GameBoost.\
They are designed to keep our marketplace fair, safe, and competitive for everyone.

> ⚠️ **Breaking these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of a partners account.**

# **Order Delivery**

**✅ On-Time Delivery:**

* Partners must deliver orders within the **guaranteed delivery they'v**e set.
* Repeated late deliveries or undelivered orders may result in penalties and listings being removed.

**⏳ Late or Partially Delivering:**

* Always **get the buyer’s approval** before delivering late or partially.
* If a partner delivers late or partially without approval, the buyer may be entitled to a **full refund** if they request it.

## **Prohibited Actions**

* **🚫 Scamming or Fraud:** Any attempt to scam buyers will result in a **permanent ban**.
* **💬 Outside Communication:** All communication must remain in GameBoost’s chat system.
* **📢 Advertising:** Partners cannot promote other websites, shops, or marketplaces.
* **💳 External Payments:** All payments must go through GameBoost. Outside payment arrangements are strictly forbidden.
* 🐞 **Exploits:** Any attempt to exploit bugs, loopholes, or unintended platform behavior to gain an advantage (e.g., rank abuse or similar) is strictly forbidden and may result in **suspension or a permanent ban**.
* **🤝 Respect:** No insults, harassment, threats, or foul language toward buyers (or other sellers).

## **Issue Resolution Policy**

* **First Response:** Partners must reply to any reported issue within **12 hours**. If no reply is received within this time, staff may issue a refund.
* **Full Resolution:** Issues must be fully resolved within **24 hours**. If they are not, staff may refund depending on the situation, unless the partner has arranged and agreed on a specific resolution timeframe with the customer.
* **Setting Expectations:** Partners must clearly state availability hours in their profile or listings so buyers know when to expect responses.
* **Communicating Updates:** When reviewing an issue, always provide a clear timeframe for updates (e.g., “Reviewing, update in 45 minutes”) and follow up within that timeframe.
* **Non-Compliance:** Failure to follow these guidelines may result in refunds or penalties. Repeated issues can lead to further action towards the Partner.

## **Returns & Refunds**

* Refunds appear as **store credit** for the buyer.
* Sellers may issue a refund if the account is **already sold** or has **another valid issue**.
* Always try to offer a **replacement** before a refund is considered.

## **Finalizing the Sale**

* After a sale, the order status changes to **Processing**.
* Communicate with the buyer through the **order chat**.
* Orders auto-complete after **24 hours** if the buyer does not respond.

## **Marketplace Guidelines**

* **No Random Listings:** No lotteries, raffles, or “chance” offers.
* **Original Descriptions:** Avoid fully copying other sellers’ descriptions (exceptions: standard smurf account templates).
* **No Fake Pricing:** Unrealistically high or misleading pricing is not allowed.
* **Correct Categories:** List offers in the correct game and category.
* **No Abusage of Keywords**: Wrong or misleading keywords is strictly forbidden.
* Blacklisted words/phrases: "refund", "money-back guarantee", "replacement", "lifetime", "no warranty", "voided warranty", or anything similar that conflicts with our guidelines.

  Partners may reference the 14-day warranty and include account safety tips, but cannot promise refunds, guarantees, or state that the warranty is voided based on buyer actions.

# Seller Requirements

* **Age Limit:** Partners must be **18+** to sell on GameBoost.
* **One Account per Seller:** Multiple accounts require permission from GameBoost.
* **No Risky Deliveries:** Any delivery method that creates a high risk for the buyer to lose their purchase, or puts their account at risk, is forbidden.
* **Seller Inactivity Rules**
  * **No activity for 7 consecutive days** → All offers will be **unlisted**.
  * **No activity for 14 consecutive days** → Account will be **suspended**.
  * **No new offers listed for 7 consecutive days** → Account will be **suspended**.

# **Improving Listings**

* **Clear Descriptions:** Keep titles and descriptions concise and relevant.
* **No Copyrighted Images:** Avoid using copyrighted images from game developers in listings or profile pictures.

> Following these rules, partners will not only protect their account but also build trust with buyers which will lead to more sales and better feedback.
