# Pending Balance Guide

> How Partner pending balance periods work before earnings become withdrawable.

# **How long is your money on hold?**

Every type of product or game has a different holding time:

| Product Type           | Holding Time |
| :--------------------- | :----------- |
| **Accounts**           | **5 days**   |
| **Currencies & Items** | **1 day**    |

## **Understanding balance Type**

### **Pending Balance**

* Money that is **frozen** for the holding period.
* Partners **cannot withdraw** it yet.
* It will automatically move to a Partners Normal Balance after the holding time ends.

### **Normal Balance**

* Money that is **fully available for withdrawal**.

## Receiving Pending Balance

After the order is completed:

* If the customer clicks **“Delivered”**, or
* If the order **auto-completes after 24 hours**, the payment will appear in your **Pending Balance**.

> *Then the holding period starts.*

## Withdrawing Funds

Only when the money reaches your **Normal Balance**, and after the holding period is finished.

## **Important for Partnered Robux sellers**

* Even if **the order is marled as delivered**, Partners will receive the funds to their **main wallet in 5** **days** - Robux takes 3-5 days to reach the customer.
* Partners should preferably **upload a screenshot** showing the Robux has reached the customer in the order chat.
