# How to Optimize Listings

> Practical tips for writing better titles, descriptions, and pricing to increase visibility and convert more buyers.

A well-built listing is easier for buyers to understand, performs better in search, and reduces disputes. This guide covers the areas that have the biggest impact.

## Titles

The title is what buyers see first in search results. It should be specific and accurate.

**✅ Do:**

* Include the most important account details (e.g., rank, level, region, platform)
* Keep it concise, aim for under 10 words
* Use plain terms that match real search queries

**❌ Don't:**

* Use vague terms like "great account" or "best deal"
* Add keywords that do not apply, this is against listing policies
* Use ALL CAPS or excessive punctuation

## Descriptions

Descriptions should answer the questions buyers typically ask before purchasing. Clear listings reduce disputes.

**Structure that works:**

1. **What is included, in 2 to 3 sentences**
2. **Account details (rank, items, region, platform)**
3. **Delivery details (how and when delivery happens)**
4. **Conditions or restrictions (stated clearly)**

  Buyers who have all their questions answered before purchasing are far less likely to open a dispute after.

* Write original text, not copied descriptions
* Be specific and honest about what is included
* Mention what's *not* included if it might be expected (e.g., "no rare skins")
* Keep formatting clean and easy to scan

* Make promises that cannot be kept
* Use misleading keywords or claim items that are not included

## Pricing

Pricing affects both ranking and conversion.

**Tips for competitive pricing:**

* Check similar listings before publishing
* Price at or slightly below the market to start

* Avoid inflated pricing
* Once you have consistent positive feedback, you can gradually price higher

* Avoid official game artwork or copyrighted images
* Avoid watermarks, third-party logos, and personal information

## Delivery Time

Delivery time affects how listings are shown and what buyers choose.

* Set a time that can be met consistently, not the fastest possible time
* If you sell accounts with instant delivery, mark them accordingly
* Repeated late deliveries hurt your ranking and can result in penalties

* Reply quickly when possible, since response time may be visible and can affect ranking

After a few completed orders:

* Review feedback and update listings based on recurring comments
* Update listings regularly to keep them accurate
* Remove listings that are no longer available, sale of unavailable accounts is against our policies
