# Customer Feedback and Ratings

> How seller ratings work and how to handle feedback policy correctly.

Customer feedback is a core part of your success on GameBoost. Ratings help build your reputation, boost your search visibility, and influence buyer trust. Here’s everything sellers need to know.

    After a buyer receives their order (or it auto-completes after 24 hours), they can leave a **rating and comment** on the transaction.

    Yes — buyers can **edit their rating once**. If they’ve already used their one edit, they’ll need to request a change via our support team.

    You may politely ask a buyer to update their review if you've resolved an issue — but **never threaten, pressure, or bargain** for a better review.

* Focus on **communication and speed**
* Use **clear and accurate listings** (no misleading info)
* Always provide **working, safe, and correctly described accounts**
* **List your availability** in your product descriptions
* Ask politely for positive feedback when the order goes smoothly
