# Delivery Times

> What affects delivery speed and what to do if your order is delayed.

Delivery time depends on the product, the offer, and the seller. Many orders are delivered instantly or within a few minutes after purchase.

## **Check delivery time before you buy**

Each offer shows an expected delivery time. This can be found on the product page and again at checkout before placing the order.

>   Before buying, check whether the delivery time fits what is needed. For time-sensitive orders, such as a top-up for an ongoing match or a game key needed the same day, use the Instant Delivery filter and review the listing details.

    * **Instant delivery offers**: You receive your product (account credentials, key, code, currency, etc.) immediately after payment.
    * **Scheduled or manual delivery offers**: Delivery happens at a time set by the seller. The expected window is shown in the offer description.
    * **Seller availability and verification steps** can sometimes cause slight delays, especially for manual deliveries.

### What If Delivery Is Delayed?

If the order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, check the order chat for updates from the seller.
