# Halloween raffle 2025

> Rules, eligibility, prize details, and winner selection for the Halloween 2025 raffle.

#### **Organizer of the Prize Game**

The organizer of the prize game titled *“Gameboost”* is **Global Gaming Services d.o.o.**, Strmec Stubički 124, Strmec Stubički, OIB: 54073250643 (hereinafter referred to as the *Organizer*).

#### **Purpose of the Prize Game**

The prize game is organized for the purpose of promoting the Organizer’s products and services.

#### **Duration of the Prize Game**

The prize game begins on **October 26 at 09:00:00 CET** and ends on **November 2 at 00:00:00 CET**.

#### **Prize Pool**

The total market value of the prize pool is **EUR 400.00**, consisting of **20 access keys (game keys)** for video games, each valued at **EUR 20.00**.

#### **Right to Participate**

All adult natural persons are eligible to participate, except employees of the Organizer, affiliated companies, and their immediate family members.

#### **Method of Participation**

Participants can take part in the prize game by collecting prize coupons (hereinafter referred to as “tickets”) under the following conditions:

For every **€/\$10 spent** on the Organizer’s “Game Key” products, the participant receives **1 ticket**.

#### **Selection of Winners**

Winners will be selected through a **random draw** from a database of all collected tickets. A higher number of tickets increases the chances of winning.

#### **Rule of a Single Winner**

Each participant can win only **one main prize**. Once a participant wins, all their remaining tickets will be removed from subsequent draws.

#### **Procedure for Organizing and Conducting the Prize Game**

The prize draw will take place on **November 3, 2025, at 12:00 CET** at the Organizer’s premises, in the presence of a **three-member committee**.

A written record (minutes) will be kept, containing:

* The place and time of the draw
* Class and reference number, and date of the prize game approval
* Date and name of the electronic or other public media where the rules were published
* Names, surnames, and addresses of committee members
* The method of drawing winners
* Personal data of the winners
* The name and value of each winner’s prize

The minutes, signed by all committee members, will be submitted to the **Ministry of Finance** within eight days of the draw.

#### **Deadline for Collecting Prizes**

Winners must collect their prizes within **30 days** of receiving notification of their win.

If a winner fails to collect their prize within this period, they forfeit their right to the prize, and the Organizer reserves the right to award it to the next drawn participant.

#### **Method of Prize Delivery**

Prizes will be delivered to winners by **postal mail** or by another delivery method agreed upon with the Organizer.

#### **Conditions for Cancellation of the Prize Game**

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or postpone the prize game in the event of **force majeure** or other unforeseen circumstances, with prior notification to participants via official communication channels.

#### **Procedure in Case of Fewer Participants**

If fewer participants enter than there are prizes, the remaining prizes will **not be awarded** and will remain the property of the Organizer. These prizes will be sold through a **public tender** in accordance with applicable regulations.

#### **Announcement of Winners**

The names of the winners will be published on the Organizer’s **website and/or social media** no later than **7 days** after the prize game ends.

Winners will also be contacted via **phone or email**.

#### **Anonymity**

To protect privacy, the names of participants will be **hidden** on the leaderboard during the prize game.

#### **Jurisdiction**

Any disputes arising from this prize game shall be resolved by the **Municipal Court** with jurisdiction over the Organizer’s registered office.

#### **General Provisions**

The Organizer reserves the right to **amend the rules** of the prize game with prior consent from the competent authority.

By participating in the prize game, participants **accept these rules**.

The Organizer is not responsible for **incomplete or inaccurate entries**.

#### **Consent of the Competent Authority**

This prize game is organized in accordance with the **Regulation on Organizing Prize Games** and with the approval of the **Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia**.
