# Automatic Offer Delisting for In-Game Items

In-Game Items offers are automatically delisted after certain Partner refunds and must be checked before manual reactivation.

## When an offer is automatically delisted

GameBoost automatically delists the specific offer connected to an order when the Partner refunds it using one of these reasons:

* **Out of Stock:** The Partner does not have the purchased item available.
* **Unable to Deliver:** The Partner cannot complete the delivery.
* **Seller Delivery Failure:** The Partner fails to deliver the purchased item.

This prevents additional buyers from purchasing an item that is unavailable or cannot be delivered and gives the Partner time to verify the offer before selling it again.

Only the affected offer is delisted. The Partner's other offers remain active.

This rule applies only to **In-Game Items**. It does not apply to Accounts, Currency, Top-Ups, Gift Cards, Game Keys, or Boosting.

## What happens after delisting

* **Availability and visibility:** Buyers cannot purchase the offer. If a buyer opens it through the game URL, it appears as **Out of Stock**.
* **Stock and automated updates:** Stock updates, bulk edits, and automated stock connections do not reactivate the offer.
* **Manual reactivation:** The Partner must verify the offer and reactivate it manually through the Partner dashboard.

## Requirements for reactivating an offer

Before making the offer available again, the Partner must complete these steps:

1. **Confirm availability.** Confirm that the item is currently in stock and ready for delivery. The offer must not be reactivated based on expected or incoming stock.
2. **Review the offer.** Check the item, price, platform, region, delivery method, and listing details. All information must match the item being sold.
3. **Confirm the delivery time.** Make sure the item can be delivered within the advertised delivery time. If the current delivery time is inaccurate, update the offer before reactivating it.
4. **Reactivate the offer.** Manually reactivate the offer through the Partner dashboard.

By reactivating the offer, the Partner confirms:

> I confirm that this item is currently in stock and can be delivered within the advertised delivery time.

**Warning:** Partners must not reactivate an unavailable or undeliverable offer. Another seller-caused refund will result in the offer being delisted again.

## Example

A buyer purchases an In-Game Item, but the Partner discovers that it is no longer available and refunds the order using **Out of Stock**. GameBoost automatically delists that specific offer. Buyers who open it through the game URL see **Out of Stock** and cannot purchase it.

The Partner must obtain the item, verify the listing details and advertised delivery time, and manually reactivate the offer before it can be purchased again.
